One family, three generations

40 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

In 1938, Jean Cananzi was a mason. He left Italy to settle in Tunisia. He started a small building firm that became quickly prosperous.

In 1957, Jean decided to settle in the south-east. He founded Jean Cananzi Enterprise which specialized in real estate. In 1981, a turning point occurred when his sons Joseph and Dominique developed it by setting up a new business named Senec based on the mastery of all modern construction techniques while keeping an ancestral know-how. Today, Senec is inseparable from the economic life of the Var. In 69 years of diversified construction sites, a culture of family-business and independence firmly rooted in values was forged.

In 1972, the real estate development business component was created under the name Jenzi. With over 40 years of existence, Jenzi has a reputation for excellence in quality of their buildings and personalized support aligned with the expectations of each client.

In 1974, the Delta real estate agency was set up. The agency principally carries out the sales of Jenzi Promotion but also uses their professionalism and skills to purchase, sell, rent, and manage other property goods safely and under the best possible conditions.
